Look What Your Efforts Have Provided!

Hi Christmas Angels!

We did the first round of purchasing this morning for our Christmas Angels Handout. With under $400 we were able to get: 40 pairs of socks, beanies, Gloves, toothbrush & paste, deodorant, chap stick, Face Wipes, Hair Brush, Bag of chips, Bottle of water, Q-tips, Feminine Products & a Candy Cane to make it festive ♥ With the remaining money we are going to purchase 50 Jack in the Box Gift Cards tomorrow. So proud of us!!

We've only Just Begun...

We've only Just Begun is based on a vision that I've had since I was a little girl. My parents instilled in me the importance and the joy in giving directly to the community and to those in need. My family led by action in so many ways throughout the years. I always knew that someday I wanted to be able to give like they did. My mom taught art healing through her non-profit; Art Takes a Village and she always told me it kept her grounded and reminded her of how much she had to be thankful for. My step dad has been a huge influence in my life and has taught me to always help others, he kept charity in the heart of our family. My hope is to one day have my own non-profit consisting of a team of likeminded volunteers that participate in charitable acts wherever we’re needed. So with that goal in mind, I created “We've only just begun.” I hope to raise awareness for charities that I will be involved with, projects I am putting together and encouraging others to give in any way they can. You may not have money or objects to give, but the giving of your time is far more valuable than any amount of money.
